Appointment and Deposit information:

*Only 1 additional guest will be permitted to accompany you within the studio if you choose to bring someone during your appointment.

*There will be 15 minute cleanup/sterilization wait time between clients leaving and entering the studio so please wait in your vehicle until instructed to come inside.

*Please text the studio line upon arrival and wait in your vehicle until you are texted to enter. 321-529-4322

*Please understand that tattooing is part art and part science. Your satisfaction as well as my reputation and safety are the #1 priorities. However, I do reserve the right to decline a tattoo proposal for moral, personal, professional and artistic reasons.

Studio Appointments with Mindy:

*My hourly rate is $180 and shop minimum is $150.

*Every tattoo request, big or small, requires an appointment.

*Please understand that even though I would like to, I physically cannot accept all tattoo projects due to limited appointment spots.

*ALL consultation requests will begin by email.

*If a phone or video consult has been scheduled please be in a quiet location with a strong WIFI connection and use a headset if possible so you can view your phone in the event we need to send reference pictures back and forth. If you need to reschedule please give me at least a 24hr advance notice so that I can make arrangements to the schedule. This is the same as an in-shop consult so if you "no-call no-show" on your scheduled call then you may be asked to place a deposit in advance to schedule future consults.

*Once the consult has concluded and the tattoo is agreed upon, All tattoo appointments require a $100-$500 non-refundable deposit, depending on the size of the tattoo, that must be paid to secure the appointment date.

*ALL DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE

*The deposit will be applied to the payment when the tattoo is finished. If a tattoo requires more than one session, your deposit will be rolled over to book the next appointment date needed until the tattoo is complete and you will pay for the amount of time you were tattooed each session.

*Your deposit will cover one date change as long as you call within 72 hours in advance. Please understand that I require this 72 hour notice to allow enough time for me to book a new client in your spot.

*In the event of a cancelation without 72 hour notice or a "no call - no show" to your scheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited and will be used to cover a portion of the time lost for your appointment and you will need to leave a new deposit to reschedule a future appointment and a larger deposit may be required.

*You will lose your deposit if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to sunburnt or peeling skin from a sunburn. You cannot get tattooed if the skin is in this condition at the time of your appointment due to ink rejection, swelling and difficult healing due to fresh sun damage. It is your responsibility to make sure to take care of the area intended on being tattooed before and after your appointment.

*If you are going to be late for an appointment, call ahead to confirm. The session timer will start at your scheduled appointment time and will run until you arrive unless arrangements have previously been made. If you are late by 30 or more minutes without calling you may lose your deposit and are not guaranteed to be tattooed on that day depending on the schedule lineup.

*If you have to cancel your appointment but are unsure when you can reschedule and have given at least 72 hours notice prior to your original scheduled date then your deposit can be held one time for 60 days before expiring starting from the date of notice. You will need to contact me within those 60 days to book a new date. If you do not contact me within the 60 days the deposit will expire and you will need to place a new deposit to rebook.

*PLEASE TAKE NOTE

*Due to this being a private studio you will be here longer than just the amount of time scheduled for the tattoo for further consulting, drawing and prepping. Please do not be in a rush on the day of your appointment. If you discover that there is something else you need to be doing that day please contact me 72+ hours in advance to see if we need to reschedule your appointment.

*Please be courteous during your appointment and set your phone to silent or vibrate. Bring headphones if you or your guest would like to listen to your music or videos. And please take all calls outside during breaks unless it is an emergency.

*Children under the age of 16 and animals are not permitted within the studio for any reason.
